It's 2011 and I'm back to blogging :) A new year, a new start & life is crazy as ever! I'm excited to start posting again. The start of the new year also means the start of my last semester of college, getting back to work, and starting a new internship! With life busy as ever it's hard to find the time to eat healthy. However, I've found a really simple, healthy & tasty solution!
Shaklee's Cinch program. I'm not a huge fan of dieting, in fact I don't like the word "diet" but their shakes taste really good and they're a quick inexpensive breakfast or lunch when I'm on the go. I'll usually have a vanilla cinch shake for breakfast with some fruit and then I'll bring a chocolate cinch shake for lunch. Not only are they filling, but they are fast to make and only about $2.00 a meal which is great on my college student (aka very tight) budget! For snacks I like to bring almonds and dried fruit or some fresh veggies. Being on Christmas vacation I've gotten a little out of routine and have added some holiday pounds. I'm excited to get back into a routine and start eating smarter with my cinch plan and get back into shape. I'll have more posts and pictures soon! Happy New Year Bloggers!
